Not better: Tough to say exactly what the reason is, but you are certainly not better with a full course of antibiotics. You may have an infection that was not sensitive to the medication you took, or you may have a stone in your collecting system that originally caused your infection in the first place, etc. See the Dr. for more thorough examination and testing with at least a UA with C&S, etc.

Repeat Urine test: Repeat urine test to make sure THR infection is gone; if not, you need new antibiotics after cultures done. You may also need to do a sonogram of your right kidney and ovary.
