Pre-HTN to Stage 1: The systolic (top) number is close to normal, and only the 120 (120-139 systolic range) is in the pre-hypertension range. The diastolic (lower) number is right on the border of high blood pressure/stage 1 hypertension at 90 (90-99 diastolic range). As stated though, it is most likely stress related, but none the less important to get monitored regularly and followed up by a dr./4now, stress less.
