Hard bumps: it is unlikely that these hard lumps are cancer. It is more likely that you have an infection. The only way to k ow for certain and to get the proper treatment is to see a dentist. Don't wait any longer. Schedule an appointment.

Lumps & Red Spots: Please see your Dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Obviously "popping" doesn't work. May be many different things, most probably infection. Red spots may be from irritation, burn, or many other other possibilities. Chance of cancer small, but you should be examined.
