Is 120 ms of qrs normal interval for ecg test? can this be a sign of mvp mild mr (which i have) or other valvular diseases?

ECG: a 120ms QRS duration is an intraventricular conduction delay and maybe a left or right bundle branch block. Either can be found in patients with MVP but can also be seen in other conditions.
