Fatigue: is a very common symptom in MS. Frankly, I've had 4 MS patients some in all categories including remitted. ALL had fatigue, and pretty severe at that.

Urine check: For over 95% of MS patients the symptom of fatigue is one of the worst effects of the disease and many will tell you that if they could get just one symptom rectified out of everything they would like to see FATIGUE on the top of the list. A UTI or respiratory infection or allergies, or anything metabolic that is a little out of sorts can make fatigue even more pronounced and problematic

Fatigue very common: MS can cause fatigue but so can the Interferon meds used by some pts to control MS. Not clear if you are taking any disease modifying agent, but if not, it is critical you start ASAP to avoid disability.
