A member asked:

Fatigue from my ms is really bad. will this get better?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If managed properly: You can control your fatigue, but your Copaxone is unlikely to be of value. First, the only two disease modifying agents which can reduce fatigue are tysabri (natalizumab) and likely gilenya. (no info on tecfidera yet). Heat worsens and cold improves. Specific meds such as ritalin, provigil, nuvigil, seem to work best. Make certain that your vit d level at least 55 ng/ml. Check in with med school ms clinic.
