Lorazopam +vodka: Lorazepam lasts longer than 5 hours in the body. Drinking etoh with a benzodiazopine is potentially harmful. So, officially, it is not ok or approvable.

Not a good idea: Mixing alcohol and sedative medications is not a good idea. Alcohol can prolong the effects of the medication and can lead to risk of injury or death.

No: Alcohol and Lorazepam do not mix. Even though you took the last dose a few hours ago, I would avoid this. Here's the other thing: If you are requiring medicine like Lorazepam I assume you have an anxiety problem and alcohol and anxiety are also a bad combination.

No...not OK: Alcohol is STRICTLY and fully off limits to ANYBODY who takes drugs such as lorazepam or similar. Time between drinks or time between doses are NOT important.
