Dizzy: You have a significant history of migraines and HTN as well as being on numerous medications. If this headache is unusual for you, you need to contact your neurologist as soon as possible to evaluate your symptoms and possible drug interaction or migraine related symptom. Your history is too complex for a throw away response online.
