Abdominal pain: It could be just gas/stool but if you are having serious pain----you need to have it evaluated at the ER---retrocaecal apppendix or colitis or gall bladder disease will also give you these symptoms---good luck :)

Many possibilities;: given right abdomen location, intestinal, small/large bowel, spasms, colic,, likely; constipation a possible component. This is also c/w with the gas & especially the nausea. Keep in mind that bowel function routinely powerfully influenced by emotional issues; e.g. "intestinal butterflies' before a challenge such as an important test judged ill prepared for. Face issues, get active, ?laxative.
