Possibly...: It sounds like your abdominal muscles might be hurt which could happen in people that is very active or practice strenuous exercise. If you are not having nausea, vomiting, gas, and the abdomen just hurts when you move this is most likely the answer. Try to rest and if possible take anti-inflammatory meds to relieve symptoms. If worse see your doctor.
