My eyes are red when i wake up. headaches come quite frequently too. constipation. had lasik done a year ago. nearsighted before. what's wrong?

Hi odds life issues: being rehashed while asleep inducing sadness, tearing. Ditto for the headaches, though likely somewhat different feelings. Headaches most commonly migraine, i.e. literally intracranial arterial expansion & painful pulse. Constipation more frequent with dehydration, holding onto stool too long/delaying defecating, inactivity, etc, etc, also with emotional controls. The LASIK likely low relevance.
