Usually no symptoms: Generally blood pressures of 150/100-will not cause headaches. However a headache can cause your blood pressure to be elevated due to pain. I would suggest treating your headache with tylenol (acetaminophen) or aleve and have your blood pressure checked by a doctor if it remains above 140 or 90.

Bad BP: Hi. That's a bad blood pressure, but you probably know that. Head hurting is not specific, but it possibly could be related to your high blood pressure. You should see your doctor for blood pressure management and to evaluate your head pain. Go to ER if you're worried.
