Half and half: seizures of Dyken can produce autonomic seizures involving half the face turning red. Rare condition usually seen in kids. Inability to sweat on one side of the face can produce flushing. This can be seen as part of Horner's syndrome (along with a drooping eye lid and small pupil on the same side)
