TRY swallowing: with your nose pinched! Sounds like you have pressure in the middle ear most likely due to a blocked Eustacian tube. (commonly associated with an upper respiratory infection(Cold) A nasal spray may also help . (Afrin OTC) Hope these suggestions help! Dr Z I
