Sounds viral: Sounds like a GI viral infection ("gastroenteritis") The numbness however is unusual. You should seek urgent care since there are electrolyte (Salt, Potassium) abnormalities which can result FROM the vomiting/diarrhea In the meantime try drinking an electrolyte containing liquid. Drink electrolytes: you loose lots potassium and magnesium and other electrolytes with Vomiting and Diarrhea. Coconut water and gatorades are high in those electrolytes. simple water is not enough. if you cannot control your symptoms please go to ER
