Back/sciatic nerve: Hard to say- i went through those symptoms, and actually it was a herniated disk in my back. See someone now before it gets worse

Multiple issues: certainly sciatic PLUS GI issues and possibly metabolic issues. I suggest a comprehensive physical examination and blood/urine testing as well as a thyroid evaluation.
