HC-1 may help: Since you already thoroughly washed it off, you should be ok. The bleach can cause irritation of the skin and it may take a few days to get better...If it is mild, you can use some Hydrocortisone cream for a couple of days. If it is severe, you may need to get it evaluated and monitor for possible infections etc... Yours seems mild and should be ok. Good luck.
