Probably not: Reviews of the current scientific evidence does not show a strong link between coffee consumption and stomach, liver and pancreatic cancer. It may protect against endometrial (uterine) cancer. Coffee has a number of photochemically which may be protective. But always remember moderation is always best as excessive coffee consumption can cause gastritis, reflux and palpitations.
