my daughter has a blue green spot on the bottom of her foot. she complains about her foot hurting and winces it i touch the spot. it's dime sized?

Trauma: Although some birth marks on the bottoms of the feet have been noted to have unusual colors, they are generally never tender. Pain and new onset of a discolored painful lesion on the foot is suggestive of a retained foreign body and/or infection.
