Get checked : Hard to say what you have without first physically examining the areas you're concerned about. They don't seem to be serious on the face of it, but you should discuss this with your primary medical provider or specialist.

Epididymitis?: Testicle issue might be epididymitis. Inflammation/infection of the structure that sits on top of testes. Not sure about the nipple issue. Recommend eval with your doctor and STD testing as well. Hope this helps.. Best of luck Dr R
