Pregnancy: If you are healthy and have sex without optimal protection you are always at risk of becoming pregnant. Having tubes tied decreases the risk dramatically but why wonder? Do a pregnancy test. They are very sensitive and turn positive extremely early in pregnancy. If you still wonder, repeat in one-two weeks and your answer will be as sure as is possible without going to see MD
