Need clarification: Is there pain? fracture? Nerve or ligament inj?Are you continuing squats? If there is no fracture, ligaments attached to vertebrae may be torn/stretched & heal poorly; you have a disc problem; nerve inj; or vertabra(e) is/are stuck.Prolotherapy could help heal ligaments, but you need a proper diagnosis.Good history & physical incl osteopathic hands-on exam might find problem.Manipulation may help.
