When should someone get an osteoma removed?

Osteoma gosh: Not to be confused with osteoid osteoma; osteomas are benign outgrowths of bone, typically found on the skull. They are removed when they interfere with normal functions like hearing, sight, etc. In other words only when they become symptomatic.
