Orthopedic: As this is a benign condition of the bone i would think an orthopedic surgeon may be the person; on the other hand it is located on the frontal bone and maybe a plastic surgeon should be consulted. Speak with your physician about the goals you have in mind and make a mutual decision about which would be best.
