Yes, you can, but: combining the 2 defeats the purpose of each drug's usage. Tramadol is a rather unique analgesic drug that is indicated for moderate to moderately severe pain. Although it binds to mu receptors, tramadol is not technically classified as an opioid analgesic. Hydrocodone is a Schedule II opiate, and as such has many side effects that Tramadol doesn't. Adjust your medication with your physician.
