Stretch: Probably your calf muscles, the gastro-soleus group is tight and may have become adaptively shorten. A stretching routine of wall pushups with knee bent and straight over a period of time. Remember to slowly stretch and don't bounce. otherwise a examination by a podiatrist and perhaps you need more in the way of orthotics or shoe modification.
