Trauma: Did you hit armor there any signs of infection? If it a temporary bruise it will require several days to resolve. An ace bandage can be helpful. Oral enzymes such as bromelain will reduce selling and gotu kola, or cnetellia asiatica speeds up soft tissue healing. If pain persists see octor to rule out infection or fracture.
