Yes: 36y has low back pain & "sharp vaginal pain". One explanation might be sacroiliac joint disorder, which can radiate pain to the mid-pelvis and which pathology is not an inflammatory process and which is not discoverable by any known imaging study; per the medical literature. See comments.
