Hormonal: all these symptoms can be caused by different female hormones eg progesterone causes salt retention, pre menstrual syndrome, headaches etc. ovary pain could be the pain of shedding ova. Similarly frequent urination and vaginal itch can be under hormonal influence too. OR last two symptoms could be dye to Urine infection and/ or yeast infection
