Usually a vaginitis: Or a trichomonas infection, the latter one is an std u need to see a gyn for an exam , cultures, pap and ultrasound, acidolphilus pills or probiotics can help prevent bacterial vaginosis but will not get rid of it so please see agyn.

Sounds like BV: Bacterial vaginosis and yeast are the two most common vaginal infections. Bv tends to have a fishy odor. Sexually transmitted diseases like trichomoniasis, chlamydia and gonorrhea are also posibilities. Smelly discharge is not normal and needs to be evaluated.
