What can you tell me about sarcomatoid carcinoma?

Rare: very uncommon lesion composed of carcinomatous and mesenchymal components. Of the few cases most reported in the lung. Recently saw one in the mastoid process which metastasized rapidly to the lung as a fatal episode.
