Saline: If you have sinus infection symptoms past 1-2 weeks, you may need to see your doctor to confirm sinusitis. You may need an antibiotic. Symptom relief may also be provided from pain medications, decongestants, and nasal saline sprays or irrigations. Saline irrigation is particularly quite safe and effective in treating and preventing chronic sinus infections.If you're still struggling, see an ENT.
