What can i do for severe pain if i broke my back tooth?

See your dentist: broken teeth are like broken bone, what would you do if you broke your arm, you need to have some one put it together or take it away, up to you to decide. Pain killers such as ibuprofen and Tylenol (acetaminophen) can be found at the pharmacy, nothing else can be done without seeing the dentist or going to the ER.
