What can i do for a uti lasting for 2 months? treatment isn't working.

Need evaluation: Do you have culture proven UTI or just symptoms similar to UTl? Either way you need to have upper tract evaluation with CT and cystoscopy. Need to see a urologist for evaluation because tumors, stones, fistulas can be cause of symptoms similar to UTI or cause UTI that doesn't respond to therapy.
