Chest pain: Likely its osteochondritis, inflammation cartilage that connects ribs to sternum. Could be due to not doing enought exercise since stretching helps. Less likely its heart related. Also make sure that you drink plenty of water which also can be the reason. Still better to see your doctor.

Most likely it's: muscle strain or pleurisy (inflamed lining of the lungs). See your DR if it's persistent, gets worse or for any concern. God bless you!
