Osteoporosis: If you are asking about yourself, unless you have underlying medical issues you are unlikely to have osteoporosis issues at age 34 unless there is a strong family history of early osteoporosis. If it turns out you do have osteoporosis there are a number of very helpful medications to lower the likelihood of bone loss and may increase your bone mass.
