Depends: For a male your age to have osteoporosis, there is likely to be more factors involved. Consider and test for copper deficiency. Also take magnesium daily, vitamin K2 daily, and some vitamin A occasionally. Strontium can also be useful, as well as boron. Avoid drinking coca cola or pepsi, as these damage your bones mineral balance.
