Possibleinflammation: Costochondritis, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, relapsing polychondritis, can cause localised tenderness with pain, but if not tender could be coming from lung inflammation, lung clot, or even heart sack inflammation (pericarditis) , needs to be worked up.
