Work and relation-: ships are the two biggest areas of our lives, and cause more anxiety. Take a look at exactly what causes the anxiety at work. Look at things like the work load relative to your ability, your relationship with the boss(es). Personalities seem to be the biggest bug-a-boos. Look over the work environment. Is it loud? Toxic? Dangerous? These are just some common starting points...
