See doctor: It's always better to be safer than sorry, if you think you have a heart problem. Thus, it's best to see your doctor for a thorough history and physical exam, along with appropriate testing, to make sure you're not having a serious heart problem. With that said, most healthy people will experience, occasional skipped (premature) beats, that are very rarely serious.
