Many: Flonase is a nasal steroid spray used to treat allergic rhinitis. It will be going non-prescription this spring. The alternatives include over the counter Nasacort Allergy 24HR or prescription Rhinocort, Veramyst, Qnasl, Zetonna, Omnaris or Nasonex (mometasone).
