Need confirmation: When a screening test is positive, it needs to be confirmed with a second test. Sometimes, the screening test will be positive and the confirmatory test negative. If the confirmatory test is positive, then you are considered to be HIV positive.

Why do some clinic say HIV 4th gen antigen/antibody testing is very accurate at 21 days while some say 28 days. Is it because they use different 4th gen kits?
