Test was done at 98th day post exposure so the timing is adequate. However, sensitivity of test isn't 100% so false (-) result is still present (less than 10%), i.e. more than 90% you did not contract the HIV. If you are asymptomatic, you should be fine. If you have any doubt, you can test one more time & follow test instruction carefully; if it negative again, you are free from the disease.
