Depends: you do not say fistula of what and from where. CT may not visualize the fistulous tract by itself. It is best to talk to your doctor .

CT for fistula: It depends on the kind of fistula you have, and whether you are symptomatic. A fistula is an unnatural connection between two places in the body, such as between the bowel and the bladder, or the bowel and the vagina, or even between two places within the bowel.
