Should i be worried that i've had two sinus surgeries in 6 months?

Depends...: On the reason for surgery. It is very unusual in my hands to need a second surgery within 6 months. Significant scar tissue or aggressive nasal polyps may be one reason. Sinus surgery is 90-95% effective in reducing symptoms. However, most sinusitis is treated medically and not surgically.
