Yes: Blood pressure medication lowers blood pressure and if BP goes too low (usually less than 100 systolic) the low pressure can cause dizzyness when standing or getting up from lying or sitting position. BP normally does not drop when changing position but may with these meds or if salt and water depleted ("dehydrated"). If severe can cause passing out and injury. Check with MD.
