No: Breast cancer is essentially a painless mass growing in breast tissue. It is best felt and distinguished when lying down with the effected side having the arm placed behind the head. Using the oppositie hand one then feels a firm lump which really doesn't move around. Pain under the breast crease, especially when sitting up is usually inflammation in tissue in the region of the breast crease.
