I had an mri and they report states i have severe facet arthropathy with capsulosynovitis rightward. i want to know what this means.

Facet pain: The facet is the part of the spinous process from the vertbrae that looks liked a clam shell. The shell from one vertebra reaches up to connect with the shell from the vertebra below or above. Arthropathy is damage to the facet and capsulosynovitis is inflamation of the capsule that surrounds the facet joint.
