Yes: You can definitely travel with gout. You should, however, take your medications if you have a flare-up to avoid further complications.

Yes: There should be no limitation on travel if you have gout. You should follow a diet to decrease the chance of gout attacks. Diet includes increased fiber, avoid alcohol, meat, cheese, and increase water intake. Weight loss also helps.
