May not be related: Usually an enlarged node which I presume is in the neck when related to an inflammatory process, follows the clinical symptoms of inflammation in oral structures such as tonsil or other intra oral nodes. If the node which is "significantly" enlarged and is non tender, one must watch, and with progression of nodal disease, consider bx to r.o. lymphoma.
